To carry out such duties, as may be assigned by the Line Manager, within the level of the post.
To identify, prioritise and deliver a programme of youth work activities based on need in the designated area, related to the ‘Model for Effective Practice’ and in-line with the minimum target outputs for the Youth Engagement Plus programme.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for administration and evaluation of the Youth Engagement project funding resources within the organisations Youth Arts/TBUC Good Relations and EA programming, including financial matters, effective record keeping.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Applicants must have
Northern Ireland Youth Service Youth Support Worker Qualification.
- OCN Level 3 Introduction to Youth Work and Programme Development.
- An equivalent Youth Work qualification.
- A minimum of one years experience of working in a youth work setting.
