Job Description
This Lead Electrical Engineer will play an integral role across the engineering function looking after a range of assets (facilities, production & testing). You will be responsible for development of plant, equipment and process with the autonomy to drive change and CAPEX.
- Identify & deliver sustainability and automation projects across site.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to all electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Oversee the installation and repair of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to team members.
- Manage budgets and schedules for the maintenance department.
- Perform regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Electrical Engineer Lead should havea range of the following:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or similar)
- Strong background in project delivery
- A breadth of automation experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
