Job description
We are seeking an experienced receptionist who is use to dealing with high call volumes.
This role will be office based in our Bromley office.
The role will predominantly involve high volume calls from customers and brokers. To act as the switchboard and be the first point of call. It will also involve some administration and using our in-house case management system.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in the property or in the legal sector and have the following skills:
Experience in a Customer Services environment
Ability to work on their own initiative
Ability to work well within a pressurised environment
Work well as part of a team and expected to cover for colleagues in their absence
Good communication skills across all levels
Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality issues
