We are currently recruiting for experienced ELECTRONICS TECHNICAL OFFICER ( ETO) for cruise vessel CRYSTAL SYMPHONY.Embarkation 23/April/2024Salary in USD/per month worked on board.Contract 12 weeks on/offRequired: experience as such, all valid STCW Certificates, preferably with ETO ( STCW Reg.III/6 ), good references/recommendations,Job Objective

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electronic equipment and systems onboard as directed by the Chief Electrician.;

Responsibilities

Maintenance (to include but not limited to the following):; Electric Propulsion control system; Safety systems (Fire Alarm and ESD Systems); Automation System; Integrated Navigation system; Elevators control system; Public Address System; HVAC control system;

Assist with repairs and maintenance of:; LES systems; Light dimmering control; Internal and external communication systems;

Safety

Participates in crew and passenger safety drills according to instructions.; Must always comply with the Company’s safety and pollution prevention regulations and operating procedures;

Education/Experience:

Electrical or Electronic Engineer; Valid STCW95 certification; appropriate licenses and certificates as required by regulations; Extensive experience in subordinate positions onboard ships and preferable experience in a similar position; Physically and medically fit; Moral integrity is required;

Language requirements:

Fluent English (verbal and written);

Computer knowledge:

Profile
