Job Description
Role involves ensuring services meet the agreed-upon standards and service level agreements (SLAs). The Service Delivery Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to address issues, optimise processes, and enhance overall service quality. You will play a key role in strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to align IT services with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Service delivery role preferably coming from an IT environment.
They will have delivered a service delivery plan which they will be able to discuss and highlight the measurable positive change delivered. Being able to achieve instant credibility with senior stakeholders both internally and externally is paramount, as well as engaging productively and efficiently with all members of Internal staff.What's on Offer
