As a Care Supervisor, you will manage a small team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants within the Care Services Team. You will be responsible for promoting and delivering person-centred care within Avery Collection’s care philosophy, ensuring you are mindful of each resident’s age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity and spiritual needs.
In addition, you will manage the team providing support, guidance and ensuring all Avery Collection’s processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards ensuring resident’s choices, dignity, independence and personal safety being at the core of all care and support activity.

About You
To join us a Care Supervisor, it is essential that you have 2 years’ experience within the care sector and evidence of up to date training. You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
You love working as part of a team and being supportive to your colleagues as well as your residents and their families. Most importantly, you’ll feel proud to work in the care sector.
