£34,752 - £36,582

 

37.5 hours per week

 

 

If you are a Senior Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity within one of our Retirement Communities, part of Sanctuary Supported Living, based at St Bartholomew’s Court, then look no further.

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retirement Communities Manager to take the lead at our service based in St Bartholomew’s Court, Playden.

 

Situated on the outskirts of picturesque Rye with easy access to the town centre and local amenities, St Bartholomew’s Court provides apartments and communal facilities for over 60s. We ensure that our customers enjoy their retirement in comfort whilst continuing to live independently, with the peace of mind that help is on hand if they need it.

 

You will be at the heart of the service and will live and breathe our commitment to our customers by providing unrivalled customer service standards within our retirement community setting.

 

You will create a vibrant hub at the heart of the local community, engaging with partner agencies and visitors to enhance the customer experience and provide sustainable services available to our customers.

 

We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme as well as providing ongoing training to develop new and existing skills. You will have access to our Learning and Development Academy providing a wide range of training course, open to all.
