Job description
We are currently looking for a Senior Planning & Controls Manager:
The Senior Planning & Controls Manager will:
Provide the leadership and personal development to/for the UK program team.
Facilitate the business planning process to develop product roadmaps and business unit financial forecasts. Monthly Business Unit performance reporting.
Portfolio reporting.
Manage the Program Change Management process and participate on the Program Change Board
Facilitate business unit level workforce planning and performance reporting. Drive the Workforce Planning process and facilitate planning sessions between delivery and functional teams (demand and supply).
Manage a pool of highly capable Program and Project Managers on behalf of our product development teams including professional & leadership development.
Establish and continuously improve best-in-class project management processes, systems, and tools.
Run Program Gateway and Milestone reviews and ensure their independence.
The Senior Planning & Controls Manager will have:
Qualification in Engineering, Commerce or Business.
Automotive, aerospace, motorsport, defence, or telecommunication industry experience.
Strong business, system, and data acumen.
Strong leadership skills and experience in building high performing teams.
