M&E Coordinator
Nottingham
Hybrid
£50,000 - £55,000 + package
M&E Coordinator opportunity to work for a long-standing national contractor. Should you want the step into a main contractor then this could be the opportunity.
You will be responsible for
Project management and coordinating the M&E Installation
MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
Pre-Construction
Attending all site and client meetings
Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
Health and Safety input and supervision
Quality
Building Services Management
Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
