Employment Type: 24 - 40 hours per week.

We are committed to using the freshest, seasonal ingredients, sourced from local producers, to make delicious food and drink that draws on the best of British cuisine but also uses flavours from around the world.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background with baking experience. As one of our Chefs, you will be responsible for working with our Head Chef Lindsay Wright to create and execute a diverse and enticing menu that caters to a variety of dietary preferences.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, quality, creativity, and consistency.
Manage inventory and the ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for Sunday service.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to streamline operations and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Lead Sunday service, including a monthly Sunday Community Lunch.
Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with strong culinary skills, preferably with a background in pastry. A willingness to learn new methods is essential.
Knowledge and implication of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
