Job description
A leading building services consultancy is recruiting a full-time general Administrator to support engineers in their Exeter office.
THE JOB:
You'll be working in a friendly environment on a wide variety of administrative and office support duties:
- Maintaining bids and project records database
- Support marketing by organising social value and well-being initiatives
- Work with new starters - setting up IT, PPE etc
- Modify documents such as general correspondence, bids, reports, site inspections, specifications and email
- Support HR with managing work experience
- Arrange meetings/CPD courses for engineers
- Answer the telephone and greet visitors.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong administration skills
- Accurate and attention to detail
- A self-starter
- Organised and efficient
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
