Location: Greater Manchester

Organization: Public Sector Client

We are seeking a motivated Asset and Valuation Surveyor to lead the valuation and acquisition of units for an upcoming social care development programme in Greater Manchester. Additionally, the role involves providing General Asset Management advice on current assets.

Key Requirements:

• MRICS qualification is essential.
• Registered Valuer status is a bonus.
• Public sector experience is advantageous.
• Strong acquisition experience is a must.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Employment Status: Inside IR35
• Start Date: Early March

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in property acquisition.
• Solid understanding of asset management principles.

• Excellent valuation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Personable to fit in with a small but close team
