Job Description
- Manage, organise and update payroll information
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Preparing payroll calculations
- Implement process improvement projects
- Address payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Query resolution
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Develop and produce payroll reports for management
- Assist in audits and payroll tax filings
- Analyse the impact of HR policy changes relating to payroll operations
- Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
The Successful Applicant
The successful Payroll Analyst should have:
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
