Hays has proudly partnered with a two-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton to recruit an Early Years Class Teacher. The school has a good reputation throughout the local authority and prides themselves on providing a learning environment where the children feel nurtured and valued. They provide a curriculum that allows their pupils to be high achievers but also gives them the opportunity to explore their own interests and become lifelong learners.
Your new role Your new role as EYFS will include you planning and preparing everyday lessons and activities in an interactive way for the children. You will also have classroom teaching responsibilities and ensure a safe and secure environment is always kept for the children, encouraging them to learn and make sure the lessons are based on educational frameworks. You will also be communicating with your colleagues as well as the children's parents/carers when necessary.
What you\'ll need to succeed - The motivation to achieve the very best for the children in our care and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire and challenge
- Proven experience as an effective, good and outstanding classroom teacher
- EYFS experience
- Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour
- The ability to quickly build rapport with the children
