Job description
Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established construction company who are actively recruiting for an On-Site Manager to join their business. This client has a reputation for quality building and combines tradition with innovation to complete projects to an excellent standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing construction projects from start to finish
Managing the construction team
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and deadlines
Managing all aspects of construction sites, including scheduling, cost control, and quality control
Requirements:
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualified
Site management experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of construction regulations
Ability to read and interpret specifications and construction drawings
Proficiency in Asta Powerproject is desirable
Experience in commercial construction
