Attendance Manager | Ealing
Attendance Manager, Ealing, £27k-£31k. As the Attendance Manager, you will hold a vital position in ensuring consistent attendance among all students at this incredible secondary school, providing support to students and their families while closely collaborating with other agencies.

Attendance Manager: - Attendance Administrator salary is £27-31k (dependent on experience).
- Administer the electronic registration and attendance system.
- Proficient understanding of SIMs.
- Ensure student attendance and participation in wider learning activities is tracked.
- Provide accurate reports and data as and when required.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
To excel as an Attendance Manager, its essential to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being the first point of contact for all admissions inquires.
Attendance Manager requirements: - A 2:1 degree or above.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of SIMs.
- Knowledge of school attendance and behaviour policies and procedures and related legislation.
- Previous administrative experience or working in an office environment desirable.
- First aid qualification desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
