6 month FTC

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Serco. As a key member of the Operations Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality service is delivered by your team of cleaners, in compliance with the AASC contract.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the cleaning manager in managing and auditing the performance of the cleaners
- Ensuring the department meets all operational needs on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring compliance with the AASC contract, company policies, processes, and procedures for their designated area of responsibility
- Ensuring that all properties within the NW Region are cleaned to the required contractual standard prior to the dispersal of service users and/or as part of cyclical and pre-planned cleans of communal areas within HMO properties
- Developing a detailed program of cyclical and pre-planned cleans of HMO properties and establishing an audit plan to ensure that all cleans are completed to the correct contractual standard

What you will need to do the role

- Previous experience within a cleaning environment and exposure to staff management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and the ability to adapt to bespoke IT systems
- Proven communication skills
- Ability to travel within the regions and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver’s license is essential)
This is a field-based role, working from our Birchwood Office based in Cheshire. You will also be taking on cleaning activities as needed.
