About the Pub
The Pottery Hotel is a fantastic wet-led community pub just 10 minutes from the sea. This site is popular for sports and has the potential to be well established for musis and charity nights going forwards. The Pottery is in good condition, the internal trading area is set into two parts - the left hand side is more relaxed for guests to enjoy a drink with friends and family. The right hadn side is set up for watching sport, playing pool and gaming machines. Regional Manager's Thoughts I am looking for a sports/ community led operator(s) that connects with the local community wanting to improve relations to the current demographic by way of sports and wanting to be fully involved. Surrounding Area The Pottery is situated on the outskirts of Poole in the Parkstone area of the stunning coastal town of Dorset.
