Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients with daily living activities fostering independence and promoting a sense of well- being.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to create a sportive community!
• Implement care plans, ensuring individualized needs are met and documented accurately.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the overall quality of care.
Requirements:
• 6 months or more in either a care home or agency
• Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• An in-date DBS.
• MAPA Training
• Care certificates.
