Are you a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with strong leadership skills?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Registered Care Home Manager / Service Manager  in our reputable healthcare facilities at Bells Piece and our supported living service. Our services, located in Farnham, Surrey is home to 23 adults with physical and/or learning disabilities. We actively involve our users in their local community, where they take part in a wide range of activities using local resources.

About the role

As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our care services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered to our residents, and that our facility operates in compliance with regulatory obligations.

You will implement systems and procedures designed to promote positive outcomes for disabled people within the service, ensuring a flexible, proactive approach whilst meeting the desired outcomes of the people we support. You will manage the recruitment, selection and on-going training, development and performance of all staff in the service, to ensure achievement of national minimum care standard requirements.
