As a member of Quorum Search Partners, the largest Food Industry recruitment team in Ireland, you'll have the opportunity to work with both SMEs and blue-chip multinationals, providing best-in-class recruitment services to both our candidates and clients.
In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates through our databases, job boards, and social media, as well as conducting candidate screening interviews and creating detailed candidate profiles. You'll also work closely with our experienced Recruitment Consultants to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
To excel in this position, you'll need a minimum of two years of candidate resourcing experience, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems. You'll also need to be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills, and have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
A recruitment agency background is a plus, as is the ability to work remotely and maintain a positive attitude.
