This leading retailer is a true market leader in its field. Part of a larger, global organisation, they are being spoken about by everyone in the sector. The business is renowned for offering exceptional customer service standards and a product that has a huge following with its customers. This new role into the store structure will see you being be part of a larger management team. You will manage your team to deliver excellent store standards through stock replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit. The ideal candidate will come from a retail background that has a love of all things back of house. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the high standards that are expected within the business. In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £30,000 and a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary. You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your role that you wouldn't usually have, particularly with this being a new role.
