About the Role:

As Headteacher, you'll lead with passion and compassion, driving our vision of embracing autism as a strength. With small class sizes and tailored support, the school empowers their students to excel academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking a visionary leader with:

• Qualified teacher status and NPQH
• Extensive leadership and teaching experience (minimum 5 years), preferably in special education
• Strong understanding of autism and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and stakeholders
• Commitment to promoting the values of inclusion, respect, and positivity
