STEM Teaching Assistant – Person specification

• 2:2 or above degree in a STEM subject
• Strong academic background
• Patience and empathy towards pupils needs
• Passionate about your subject and inspiring others
• Previous tutoring experience is ideal but not essential

In return you will receive a bespoke training and induction package ensuring that you are well prepared for the academic year. You will observe outstanding teachers and assist with planning and delivering exciting lessons. Day to day you will develop your skills and work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to deliver vital booster sessions.
