Job description
What you will do in your working day
Daily Duties
- Answering phones, greeting all visitors to the office, keeping office space tidy and sundries stocked up.
- Order and monitor stock levels for all equipment, uniform, PPE, stationery, and sundries.
- Inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, processing and retrieving data as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with preparation of documents, reports and online forms.
- Support the Office Coordinator in managing meeting room bookings and the organisation of meeting rooms, arranging the setup for scheduled meetings, and ensuring they are promptly cleared after each use.
- Undertake administrative tasks, such as photocopying, typing, scanning, processing mail, maintaining filing systems and archiving.
The training you will be getting
- Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification.
- GCSE maths and English grade 4 or above (A-C), if not already obtained.
- End point assessment.

Huge career prospects with a growing company. The apprentice will be working alongside our Response and TEC coordinator so if they are interested in responsive health and social care or technology in social care this is a great career pathway for them particularly in this side of the business as it is continuing to evolve and grow every year.
They will also be working alongside the HR team so if they are interested in progressing within this field there is scope for them to do this instead.
