About Our Client

Market leading engineering business based in Loughborough. This nationwide business has a fantastic reputation working with customers from the construction, automotive and engineering industry. The internal sales team are seeking a pro-active and confident Sales Executive to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

Job Description

As a Sales Executive you will:

• Generate business leads through outbound calling to potential new customers
• Respond to inbound enquiries from new and existing customers
• Provide accurate product knowledge and recognise sales opportunities when discussing products to customers
• Work with the sales admin team to process new orders on the internal system
• Maintain accurate records of customer details and order history on the internal CRM system
• Provide support to other teams within the office when required

The Successful Applicant

As a Sales Executive you should have:

• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Previous experience in a high volume sales role
• Be driven and a great self motivator
• Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
