Job Description
- Developing, implementing, and improving quality control systems.
- Reviewing manufacturing processes for improvement using various methods of testing and inspection.
- Ensuring that all products meet required specifications and customer expectations.
- Identify and rectifying any quality issues in a timely manner.
- Contributing to the continual improvement of product quality through the monitoring of production and quality control data.
- Ensuring ISO compliance.
- Reporting on key quality metrics to company management.
- Participating in internal and external audits.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- An academic background in Engineering or a quality related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to management and working with team members.
- Knowledge of quality within the manufacturing sector, ideally FMCG, packaging, chemicals.
- High attention to detail and a focus on continual improvement.
