Role Overview

 As the Product Management Director at Benefex, you will have the exciting challenge of growing our emerging products, establishing their product market fit and driving the development of a world-class PM organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in mentoring the team, sharing your deep expertise, and setting up modern processes. This role is about making an impact where it matters most - not only on the product but also on the people and the culture of our team.

This role reports directly to our Chief Product Officer (ex-Google & AutoScout), providing you with an outstanding growth opportunity for you as part of his leadership team. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of our six emerging products, both taking new products to market and establishing product market fit
• Actively work to build out a common platform with common features, tech stack and design language across all emerging products
• Architect a top-tier PM organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Shape and nurture our team culture, mentoring staff, sharing your expertise, and driving the adoption of modern product management practices.
• Take on full product responsibility for our emerging products, these products are critical to our product strategy and vision of delivering an exceptional employee experience to our users 
• Lead a robust team of 5 Product Managers and strategically plan for further organizational growth.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working in world-class product organisation s, either companies that have reached scale (Google, Microsoft, Uber, Deliveroo, JustEAT) or high growth startups
• Experienced in early product lifecycle development; launching new products, go-to-market and establishing product market fit 
• Experience in building out a platform of common features across a suite of products
• Extensive experience in global product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-caliber PM organizations .
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, culture shaping, and process innovation.
• Strategic business sense to manage a significant revenue-driving product suite.
• Experience in expanding product teams, including hiring and managing senior product managers.
