Opportunity to join a globally renowned Financial Services provider as a Manager in Prudential Reporting

The group is seeking a Finance leader to head a team of skilled accountants within the Prudential Reporting division. You'll play a pivotal role in meeting external reporting obligations, focusing on regulatory and statutory reporting across our EMEA region entities and coaching and developing a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of prudential regulatory reporting requirements
• Manage annual statutory accounts for EMEA entities
• Optimise return on capital across EMEA region
• Provide finance inputs for Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA)
• Draft technical papers to support prudential and accounting decisions
• Develop and mentor the team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
• Drive process and control improvements across the finance team

Experience/Competencies:

• Qualified Finance Professional with significant post-qualification experience
• Strong understanding of IFRS and prudential environment
• Experience in delivering new reporting requirements and process changes
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
