ABOUT THE JOB
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support the Senior Portfolio Manager in managing the day-to-day relationship with TUI Musement for excursion and transfer products
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial and customer queries
- Undertake administrative tasks related to supplier accounts
- Collaborate on planning rollout dates and roadmaps for products and optimizations
- Track sales performance, highlight areas for improvement, and review against customer satisfaction targets
- Ensure effective promotion of products in collaboration with Product Optimization and markets
- Conduct competitor reviews on product range and pricing
- Support the Senior Portfolio Manager in engaging product development to enhance customer appeal.
