Salary range : £35k-£45k
The speed read: A brilliant performing arts agency is looking for an Account Manager.
The facts: Do you have midweight-level experience in a creative agency, but are feeling slightly burnt out of the accounts you’re managing? Better yet, are you someone ambitious looking to consolidate your experience and be 2nd in command?
You’ll be amazing at forming and maintaining client relationships, always ready to interact with clients and stakeholders. As a great listener, you’ll be able to hear their concerns, data, and insights, and then break them down and shape them into actionable solutions. You’re a great project manager, not afraid of a quick turnaround; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to rally your troops to meet all of the deadlines and budgets.
You know your skills and are able to adapt them into a new sector, influencing the way the team works. You like to think outside the box, wanting to try new things to solve a problem. A real harbinger of positive change. But you’re not a know-it-all, you’re happy to ask questions and identify people that can help you get things right. And you’re happy to use up your free tickets to all kinds of events and experiences.
You’ll be: - Working with one client who wants to see you succeed.
- Helping to deliver marketing solutions across different sectors, with potential outcomes being new brand or experience propositions, campaigns, and event communications.
- Able to ask the difficult questions, but nicely.
You’ll have: - 3-5 years in the creative industry.
- Experience with brand activation, marketing and/or communications.
- The ability to influence clients and colleagues to achieve desired outcomes.
