Job description
We specialise in recruitment for commercial office jobs including the main sectors of admin, sales, marketing, accounts and more, both on a permanent and temporary basis.
Fantastic opportunity working for a very good client of ours as a Contracts Manager, this will be Temporary until at least March 2024 with the chance of extension.
Contract Management experience is essential but Landscapes/Trees/Allotments experience would be an additional bonus and definitely an advantage.
The Job:
To lead and action SLA
To have Contract Management experience
To review service standards & update where necessary.
To write, negotiate and implement change notices.
To hold regular reviews
To review Allotment/Trees and Landscape maintenance Specifications of works
To undertake joint visits as well as individual visits to check on compliance.
To response to complaints and enquiries
To assist the Environment Client Team in Biodiversity & Landscapes/Trees matters.
To assist the Insurance Team in claims.
To manage own workload.
To be aware of funding opportunities for projects & to prepare & submit applications for funded projects.
To prepare & submit capital bids.
To have current full driving License and suitable form of transport
This role is 37.5hrs, 7.5hrs per day, 5 days, open to Part Time for the right candidate, mainly office based as a lot of visits, but 20% home working.
