Job description
Are you looking for your next leadership role and have experience working within a mental health support service or supporting those with chronic health conditions? Not afraid to be hands on in supporting service users? Are you ready to be the leader that pushes a new team working on a brand new project?
You would be working for a large charity organisation as a Service Manager covering the Leatherhead patch (Redhill, Reigate, Dorking and Epsom) supporting a team of 5-8 employment specialists ensuring the delivery of a quality of service.
Your head office is going to be in Woking where your team and colleagues will meet at least once a week. There are also satellite hubs in Leatherhead and Chertsey which you can access.
Your key responsibilities will include:
The role is purely office based (Monday to Friday 9-5) with some travel for meetings and checking in with clients and employment specialist so driving is essential for the role.
