Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England with centres in York, Middlesbrough, Saltaire, Wakefield and Newcastle.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dedicated inclusive Learning Team. You will be highly motivated, learner focused and inspirational SEND Administrator to join the Inclusive Learning Team.
To assist in the smooth operation of the department in co-operation with other members of the team. To assist the administrative workload of the curriculum staff, including dealing with telephone calls, students and visitors.
The role will be responsible for arranging and booking meetings required by EHCP coordinator, including all Learning Support interview meetings for potential and enrolled. To administer the EHCP Annual Review process, including requesting and collating all contributions, both internally and externally, preparation of all documentation and attending/minuting annual review meetings. Write up completed annual review reports and distribute these according to compliance timeframes set by issuing Local Authorities.
You will hold excellent organisation and communication skill to work with external agencies and across the college organisation inclusive of curriculum teams and support services.

Main Purpose of the role
To ensure efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for the Inclusive Learning department and its associated educational resources, to collate academic information and statistics and prepare reports. To be the first point of contact for parents/carers and other key stakeholders, with regards to Inclusive Learning.
