Job description

The Recruitment Co are looking for a Service Administrator to join one of their clients in Northwich!

Salary: £23,800 per annum, with up to £1,000 bonus

Hours of work:
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The purpose of the "Service Administrator" role is to support the service control team and field operations lead in providing internal & external customers with a reliable and responsive service. Working as part of the service control team to provide excellent customer service and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction from service operations.

The role:
As a service administrator you'll have a few roles within the business, one of the main ones being looking after warranties.
- Submitting claims
- managing and monitoring active claims
- actioning warranty credits.
Another area you'll be heavily involved with is Control team support.
- Ordering and expediting parts, and then chasing those up
- Raising PO's
- Arranging contractors for control team jobs
You'll also be doing some Health and safety work and planning.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be organised and self proficient
- Have a good knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office
- Have some experience within an administrative role
- Have some experience working within an office environment.

This is an office based role.
