Job description
We have exciting opportunities for Production Technicians to work in our new isolator technology filling line facility working as part of the Production team based in Elstree, Hertfordshire. We are looking for candidates with previous Sterile / Aseptic / Isolator Production or Manufacturing experience to join the business as Production Technicians with a strong understanding of GMP, having any experience of procedural/technical writing would be desirable.
About the role:
Working within GMP Grade A and C Cleanroom environments, you will set up and operate various complex processes for which you will receive full training.
These roles will initially be on a day’s only basis, ie. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
They will then move to our double dayshift pattern in Summer 2024, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm rotating weekly. At this point you will receive a shift allowance.

You will use effective communication skills with all team members to ensure completion of the commissioning, testing and production.
The ideal candidate will have previous Sterile /Aseptic/Isolator Technology Production manufacturing experience ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow often complex operating procedures. The role also involves some manual work (lifting and cleaning activities).
