Volunteer Coordinator (£19,159 per Annum) 30 Hours per Week (Fixed Term Until 28th February 2025) At Foyle Hospice we have an amazing team of talented and dedicated volunteers who give their time and experience to support our work. .

Responsibilities

• We currently require a Volunteer Coordinator to oversee the volunteer journey. This includes identifying opportunities, recruitment, training support, best practice, retention and recognition of our incredible volunteers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
• They will also have experience of managing or working with volunteers.
• They will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of HR processes is desirable.
