Job description

Overview: We're looking for a Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect network infrastructure and assets from cyber threats. You'll be responsible for assessing network security risks, deploying security controls, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Collaborate with IT teams to configure and maintain network security devices and systems.
• Stay updated with advancements in network security threats, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in network security engineering roles, with proficiency in network security technologies and protocols.
• Certifications such as CCNA Security, CISSP, or CEH preferred.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
