Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for a Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Droitwich.
For the successful Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:- Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
- 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
- Permanent position
- Free parking
- Annual 5% bonus
- Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover
- Pension matched up to 8%
The Role - Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:- To diagnose faults and to test, repair, and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment
- Ensure team compliance to CMMs and maintenance plan.
- Reprioritise work orders in line with prevailing shift performance
- To escalate in line site procedures any non-conformance or significant breakdown/failure and act as engineering point of contact.
- Ensure compliance to engineering standards in the workshop and ancillary areas.
- Encourage continuous improvement culture within the department and identify improvement projects
- Acting as engineering out-of-hours point of contact for the site
- Completion of shift handovers.
What our client is looking for in a Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:- Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
- Experience within the FMCG industry - ESSENTIAL
- Must be Multi-Skilled and experienced with CMMs, PTW, and LOTO - ESSENTIAL
- Food/FMCG background - DESIRABLE
- IOSHH/Nebosh - DESIRABLE
- Must be happy to work in a cold environment - ESSENTIAL
