Job description
Competency Knowledge, experience and skills required Setting strategy and delivering long-term transformation Be practising as a GP in a practice in receipt of a GMS, PMS or APMS contract within the Medway and Swale HaCP area Demonstrate skill, knowledge and experience of working in a system leadership role, at a senior management level equivalent to a director or Board member. In depth knowledge of health, care, local government landscape and/ or the voluntary sector Demonstrable experience of working in a system leadership role at the most senior level (ideally equivalent to board level experience), with associated knowledge and skill to command the respect of other system leaders across Kent and Medway A capacity to thrive in a complex and politically charged environment of change and uncertainty Experience of leading change at the most senior level to bring together disparate stakeholder interests Track record of delivering transformational change Be competent, confident and willing to give unbiased strategic clinical view
