Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently carry out various warehouse operational tasks, including but not limited to picking, packing, and stock rotation
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of products and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Operate manual and electric-powered equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, with care and in accordance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar operational role is desirable
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management and order fulfillment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them
- Valid forklift license (optional but advantageous)
Pay Rate: £11.00 - £11.50 per hour (dependent on experience and shifts worked)
