Organisational Development Project Lead needed in Bromley
The hourly rate is £22.80ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will design and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, talent management, staff engagement, training, and development, as well as other organisational development projects.
The Project Lead will work closely with stakeholders, particularly HR, senior leaders, and departmental heads, to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to achieve organisational goals.
