Position - Client Service Director
Employment type - Permanent
Location - Bath one day per week and then office based around your South West region
Salary - £53,000 p.a.
Hours -37.5 per week

About the role - This is a rare opportunity for a Director to join this dynamic and forward-thinking Charity at a strategic level, to oversee the South West region including Sth. Gloucestershire, Mendips, Dorset, Exeter, Bath and Somerset. Your services offer support for the homeless, socially excluded, people who have survived domestic violence, refugees seeking settlement, those who find themselves involved with the criminal justice system and vulnerable people who require housing support. Reporting to the Chief Executive, your role is to participate in the development, management and delivery of a range of quality, safe, and person-centred services. You will inspire strong employee engagement by developing your vision that creates a culture of excellence and high levels of client satisfaction. Your sector knowledge will help the charity meet their performance targets and grow, whilst complying with regulations. You will do this by working across the multiple sites in your regions.
Knowledge and experience required -. You will have experience of working in a relevant industry type at a strategic level across multi sites. Having worked with internal and external stakeholders, you will have managed people and services through change whilst managing budgets and monitoring KPIs. You will also have been involved with implementing new services in accordance with safety, legal, financial and statutory obligations.
