Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Salary: up to £28,000 pa + bonus
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent / Hybrid role
Our established client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Account Manager with strong experience retaining business and growing client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
§Management of new and existing accounts, retaining, and growing business.
§Be an integral part of the team and be the link between the sales & operational team when dealing with customer complaints, retention issues and cancellations.
§Look out for opportunities to cross-sell other services within the company
§Work closely with sales leadership team and identify ways to grow the business.
§Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries and following up any warm leads.
§Maintain clear and up to date customer records.
