Beacon Design & Engineering are looking to recruit an Administration Controller Apprentice to support with the day to day operations within the organisation, and be supported with training from PETA Ltd.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Administration Controller Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- General office administration
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Stock control
- Using company CRM system
- Dealing with spares and warranties
- Using the returns portal
- Learning about materials
- Using online systems and emails

Essential Skills: - GCSEs in Maths and English level C/4
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
