Seeking a highly qualified and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our project management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. QAQC Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain robust quality assurance and quality control processes.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures for the project.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Develop quality plans and inspection and test plans (ITPs) in collaboration with project management and engineering teams.
• Participate in project planning to identify and establish quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with third-party inspection agencies and coordinate inspections.
• Establish and maintain a robust document control system to manage all project-related documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, tests, and quality records.
• Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.
• Provide training to project personnel on quality management processes and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on QA/QC performance to project management.
• Communicate key quality metrics and trends.
• Identify potential risks related to quality and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address quality-related issues to prevent project delays.
• Participate in lessons-learned sessions and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the QA/QC processes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or project management industry.
• Familiarity with relevant international standards and codes.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
