Degree Apprenticeship Support Officer

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000

Based in our Coventry Head Office, one day per week in office (occasionally 2 for special situations).

The Role

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Support Manager, you will support students for the duration of their apprenticeship. Focusing on the apprentice’s experience from the start of their journey right through to End Point Assessment. You will be responsible for promoting Arden’s values, supporting the learner experience as you provide a high-quality advice and guidance support service to apprentices and colleagues within the apprenticeship team and the wider university teams.

About You

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, responding to queries within SLA targets. Be a strong team player who can pick up new systems and processes quickly. Can prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines throughout a study block cycle. You`ll need strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills whilst remaining flexible with a friendly positive attitude. Be confident presenting to groups, both large and small.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathise, manage expectations and relate to people at all levels is key to this role.

Experience of apprenticeship knowledge is desirable but not essential.
