Our client, a leading UK law firm, is currently seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an organisation that is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our client's services. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and coordinating marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract potential clients.


• Budget management


• Manage a team of 3, train and develop their skills and allocate resource to ensure work is completed to deadlines


• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, newsletters, and press releases.


• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials.


• Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to boost online presence.


• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for marketing campaigns.


• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends.


• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Stay up to date with industry advancements and emerging marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within professional services including line management


• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and digital platforms.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in content creation and social media management.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
