We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at Imphal Barracks, Fulford Road, York, YO10 4HD

⦁ The hourly rate will be up to £10.42 per hour 
⦁ Full time - Monday – Thursday 7am – 3pm, Friday 9am – 5.30pm. 
⦁ Needs to be flexible to work the odd weekend for occasional functions

What you'll be doing

⦁ To prepare and serve breakfast each morning
⦁ Using the till
⦁ Serving lunch
⦁ Light cleaning duties to company standard
⦁ Working as part of an excellent team
⦁ Working as part of a great team to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet
⦁ Ensuring front and back of house are kept clean and tidy
⦁ Assisting in the set up and running of meetings, functions and special events
⦁ Providing excellent customer service throughout

Experience

• Great customer service and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Experience in hospitality is an advantage but on the job training will be given
• Needs to be outgoing, have great customer care skills and an eye for detail
• A team player who is flexible and works towards high standards
