You'll take the lead in managing a category such as Major Domestic Appliances or Audio Visual. By doing so, you'll ramp up our product availability and make sure our customers have an exceptional journey.
We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday - Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative and give better support and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- You’ll be working with the buyer and our suppliers to forecast the product range
- Sometimes plans change. Maybe a shipment gets delayed a hiccup in our supplier's production process. You'll need to think on your feet and adjust our plans accordingly
- Handle transitioning our range smoothly, making sure the shift from the old to the new lineup is seamless
- Build and maintain fantastic working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Data Maintenance in Relex (our forecasting & replenishment system)
- Achieving KPI targets, make sure our forecasts are spot-on, keep products available, and minimize excess stock
- Keep tabs on sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
A Few Things About You

- Good communication skills is key! We want to make sure everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals
- You'll be diving into data all day, so being comfy with numbers is a must
- Juggling tasks like a boss is your thing. Deadlines? No problem
